Isetan's Momiji Matsuri food fair is coming west for the first time. From 6 to 18 October 2026, more than 20 Japanese vendors set up at Jurong Point's JP1 Level 1 Centre Stage, most of them flown in for the run. The mall bills it as Food Feastival x Isetan Matsuri Momiji, the autumn chapter of a campaign that already filled the same atrium with mooncakes through late September.
If you used to ride to NEX or Northpoint for these Isetan fairs, this is the shorter trip. Boon Lay MRT dumps you at the mall. The Centre Stage is on JP1 Level 1, not buried in the Japanese Food Street downstairs, so you will smell the stalls before you see the queue.
Hours that actually matter
Jurong Point's own listing is more precise than the round-up blogs. Opening day, Tuesday 6 October, is 2pm to 9pm. From 7 to 17 October the fair runs 10.30am to 9pm Sunday to Thursday, and 10.30am to 9.30pm Friday and Saturday. Last day, Sunday 18 October, shuts at 7pm. Eatbook and Little Big Red Dot still print the simpler Sun-Thu / Fri-Sat split. Trust the mall page if you are going on the first or last day.
The fair is not halal-certified. That is worth knowing before you drag a mixed group across the west on a Saturday night.
Who is actually cooking
Isetan has not posted Singapore prices yet. Eatbook named the stalls that have already confirmed, and they are the ones worth planning around.
- Ijima Shoten from Kumamoto: grilled squid, boiled scallops and other seafood in savoury sauces.
- Nakayama Shokuhin: takoyaki with octopus in a light batter. This stall shows up at almost every Isetan fair in Singapore, and the line is usually the longest.
- Mitamura: minced pork cutlet plus five kinds of croquette.
- Higo Marunoya: four-time winner of the Kumamoto Fried Chicken Championship. The chicken is marinated with shio koji, then fried in soybean oil.
- Yakimono Club: mini taiyaki in eight fillings, plus pink, white and green dango.
The official mall copy also flags braised seafood and other autumn harvest snacks beyond those five names. A Google Drive linked from the Jurong Point page is supposed to list the rest of the offerings. If you care about a specific regional snack, check that file before you go, because atrium fairs rotate stock fast and some stalls sell out by early evening.
A Japanese Artisan Market runs in parallel from 5 to 18 October, 11am to 9pm, along the JP1 Level 1 walkway near Decathlon. Local crafters sell handmade arts and crafts, jewellery, illustrations and lifestyle goods. It started a day before the food fair, so the walkway is already live if you are in the mall this weekend.
The Food Feastival receipts, if you are already shopping
The food fair sits inside Jurong Point's Food Feastival, which runs 7 August to 1 November 2026. L Privileges members who scan at purchase earn 2 e-coupons for every $20 on a single same-day receipt, capped at 15 coupons a day. Supermarket and hypermarket receipts do not count. Twenty-five coupons redeem a $5 JP e-voucher, limited to the first 2,000 redemptions. The $10 voucher at 40 coupons is already fully redeemed.
There is also a voucher bundle: spend $60 across two same-day receipts, pay $100, and get $120 back as a $100 JP e-voucher, a $5 retail e-voucher, and $15 in F&B vouchers. Cap is 1,500 sets and 3 per member. The F&B list includes Lotteria, Haidilao, A&W, KOI, LiHO, KFC, Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen, Sanook Kitchen, Swee Heng 1989 Classic, and Kopitiam Food Hall, among others. Mystery F&B vouchers expire 31 December 2026. JP e-vouchers from the spend-and-redeem track expire 31 January 2027 and cannot be used at supermarkets.
Atrium roadshow receipts are excluded from the e-coupon earn, so do not expect the Momiji stalls themselves to feed the voucher machine. Use a tenant purchase, then eat at the fair.
If the Centre Stage queue is ugly, JP still has a permanent Japanese Food Street. That is the fallback, not the same as flown-in festival stalls, but it is why westies already treat this mall as the Japanese snack default.
