West Coast Market Square at Blk 726 Clementi West Street 2 is still shut. NEA listed the repairs and redecoration from 14 September to 27 December 2026. That is not a two-day wash. Toilets, floors, tables, electrics, fans, and bird spikes. 西海岸726小贩联合会 told 8world the last big job was about ten years ago. Do not walk there for lunch until the end date moves.
Q4 washing is the other diary. NEA's open-data table, last updated 21 September 2026, is the source for the dates below. Town councils run some of the HDB centres, so Teban is the one line where the town council sheet and the NEA Q4 column disagree. Read both before you take a family to 37A Teban Gardens Road.
The long closure, then the wash days
Blk 726 has 60 cooked-food stalls and 135 market stalls. Q4 washing there is marked TBC because the building is already dark. Ayer Rajah Food Centre at Blk 503 West Coast Drive and Ayer Rajah Market at Blk 502 stay open until mid-December. Clementi 448 at Blk 448 Clementi Avenue 3, two minutes from Clementi MRT, is the obvious cooked-food substitute until its own wash.
448 closes 30 November to 3 December. That is four days, not two. The centre only reopened on 29 June after three months of R&R, with bird netting, spikes, extra fans, and more seats. If you use 448 as your 726 backup, move again over that weekend. Clementi Avenue 2 Market at Blk 353 washes 14 to 16 December, overlapping Ayer Rajah Food Centre on 14 to 17 December and Ayer Rajah Market on 14 to 16 December. That week the Clementi and West Coast cooked-food floor is thin. Jurong East and Jurong West are the safer bet those days.
Jurong, Taman Jurong, Boon Lay
Taman Jurong Market and Food Centre 达曼裕廊 at 3 Yung Sheng Road, 122 cooked-food stalls, closes 30 November to 1 December. Boon Lay Place Market and Food Village 文礼坊 at Blk 221A/B closes 30 November to 3 December, same window as 448. Power Nasi Lemak regulars should not count on a 2am plate that weekend. Yuhua Market at Blk 347 Jurong East Avenue 1 washes 14 to 15 December. Yuhua Village at Blk 254 Jurong East Street 24 washes 28 to 29 December, the last West wash of the year.
Jurong West Hawker Centre at Blk 50 Jurong West Street 61, five minutes from Pioneer, closes 14 to 16 December. Jurong West 505 at Jurong West Street 52 closes 14 to 15 December. Those two sit in the same town and go dark together. Lakeside or Boon Lay Place, if they have already reopened from the late-November wash, are the nearby cooked-food floors.
Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, the coast edge
Bukit Batok West Hawker Centre at Harmony Village, Blk 469 Bukit Batok West Avenue 9, closes 30 November to 1 December. Senja Hawker Centre in Bukit Panjang closes 30 November to 2 December. Bukit Panjang Hawker Centre and Market at 2 Bukit Panjang Ring Road closes 7 to 8 December.
Pasir Panjang Food Centre at 121 Pasir Panjang Road is a single day, 23 November. Holland Village Market at 1 Lorong Mambong is the same date. Holland Village sits on the Queenstown west edge, not Jurong. Include it only if that is your regular floor. Teban Gardens at Blk 37A already had 12 to 13 October in the NEA Q4 column, and that wash is over. West Coast and Jurong West Town Council still prints 30 November to 2 December for Teban. Until NEA refreshes the dataset, treat the town council line as the remaining Teban risk and check the notice on the door.
Bukit Timah Market's original building stays closed for redevelopment until 2029. That is not a Q4 wash. The temporary market off Jalan Jurong Kechil is the Beauty World floor, and its Q4 dates in the NEA file are TBC.

- Price: Ordinary hawker prices. No festival surcharge. Closures mean you eat somewhere else.
