Sinfoodie 幸福地 is the new coffee shop at Blk 713 Clementi West Street 2, #01-115, Singapore 120713. Soft opening was 4 October 2026. The official opening, with a lion dance, was 11 October. Owner Danny Chen is still running 80-cent kopi, tea, and Milo through 30 November 2026. Usual drinks sit at $1.40 to $1.60. That 80 cents is the line that filled the tables in week one.
Stomp spoke to him on 9 October. AsiaOne's Carol Ong followed on 14 October. Both record the same hours: 6am to 11.30pm daily. Individual stalls keep their own clocks, so breakfast and supper are not the same menu. Seth Lui listed 6.30am. Use the owner interviews. Clementi MRT, EW23, is the nearest station. The block sits in Clementi West 金文泰西, a short hop from 448 Market if you already eat on that side of the town.
The 80-cent drinks and the $5 western plate
The drinks stall is labelled BEVERAGE 饮料 on the official outlet page. Kopi, tea, and Milo at 80 cents run until 30 November 2026. Chen told Stomp the deal may stay if residents keep coming. He told AsiaOne the same thing in plainer numbers. "If we can keep the coffee and tea affordable, at least it can help them save a bit on their daily expenses." He also said an 80-cent cup does not make much profit on its own. The model needs a full house of stalls and regulars who come more than once.
XR WESTERN 祥荣食扒赞 is the $5 lunch. 11am to 3pm daily, chicken chop, crispy chicken cutlet, or crispy fish, with fries or butter rice. That plate is the other reason people doubled back in week one. Chen told AsiaOne lunch was almost full every day, dinner around 75 percent. Sgmustwatchla posted a packed reel from the 11 October opening. If you want a seat at noon, do not stroll in at 12.10pm and expect a quiet table.
Who is actually cooking
The official featured list is long, and the Chinese names are on the stall boards. HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE 海南鸡饭. CRABLICIOUS 蟹好吃, which AsiaOne and Seth Lui both tie to Uncle Leong Seafood, with 0 percent GST and no service charge. NASI LEMAK AYAM TALIWANG 椰浆饭, Michelin Guide-recommended, halal, sets from $11.80. LAI CAI KKM 来财可口面. BUER DUMPLINGS 不二水饺. NASI PANDANG 巴东饭. CHONG PANG HUAT 忠邦发沙爹鸡翅膀, satay and wings, more than 30 years in the trade. BASIL KING 泰国料理, basil stir-fries from $6.90. AsiaOne also names Mamam House as a second halal stall. That name is not on Sinfoodie's featured list, so treat it as press, not the official board.
The official copy calls the nasi lemak "Michelin Award-winning." Seth Lui is more careful and says Michelin Guide-recommended. Order the coconut rice if that is why you came. The crab stall is the spend. Wings and Thai are the mid-price seats. The $5 western plate is the student and office-lunch play. Halal options sit at nasi lemak and, if AsiaOne is right, Mamam House. Confirm the current board before you bring a group that needs it.
Sinfoodie Pte Ltd dates to 2022. The chain already runs food courts and coffee shops from Ang Mo Kio to Bedok North and Clarke Quay Central. Clementi West is the heartland one for this site. Chen told AsiaOne rents and costs differ by site, so do not expect 80-cent kopi at every Sinfoodie.
Blk 726 next door is still on the Q4 hawker washing list, which is why a new coffee shop at 713 is not a small local detail. If 448 is packed or 726 is shut, 713 is the other cooked-food floor in Clementi West. Go for the 80-cent drinks while they last through 30 November 2026. Stay for the stall mix if the kopi line is the only thing you heard about.
