Brewed by Davine is a home cafe 家庭咖啡馆 at 161 Bukit Batok Street 11, #12-84, Singapore 650161. Eatbook's Edna Low went on an independent visit and published on 21 October 2026. Davine is 20. She sells matcha peng 抹茶冰 from the HDB window, sometimes with her sister on the counter. Matcha Peng is $4.50 in a kopi bag. That is the number that got the story out of Street 11.
UEN 53521309C. Sole proprietor, registered 31 March 2026. SSIC 56123, food and drinks kiosks mainly for takeaway and delivery. The ACRA address matches Eatbook: 161 Bukit Batok Street 11, #12-84. Hours on the Eatbook page: Wednesday to Friday 12pm to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday on that listing. Instagram is brewedbydavine. Not halal-certified.
The peng series, and the one that comes in a cup
Eatbook watched her make the classic Matcha Peng from scratch. Whisk powder with water, milk in the bag, matcha in after. They called it milky, smooth, earthy, not too sweet. The bag is the cost trick. Most cafes have moved to cups. She kept the old kopi peng plastic, which is how a $4.50 matcha exists in 2026 when mall matcha sits nearer $7.
Milo Sea Salt Peng is $5. Eatbook found it sweeter and creamier from the foam, with salt cutting the Milo. Atas Teh Peng is $5, matcha with Earl Grey and vanilla. Salty Gula Melaka Kopi Peng is $6 and comes in a cup, not a bag. Any drink can move to a cup for an extra $0.50. Sibei Chio is $6.50, matcha over butterfly pea flower milk and homemade strawberry puree, one of her best-sellers. Eatbook noted fruit chunks in the puree. That is the Instagram drink. Matcha Peng is the one you actually finish in the lift lobby.
Biscoff Banana Shiok is $8. Custard, banana, Biscoff crunch. Eatbook called it a regulars' dessert. There is no full savoury menu on that page. Do not treat this as a meal. It is a window, a few drinks, one pudding. You order, you wait, you leave. Street 11 is residential. Keep the volume down in the corridor. The pasar malam at Blk 154, a few blocks away, runs 31 October to 15 November 2026 if you want fried food after the matcha.
How to actually get there
Bukit Batok MRT, NS2, then a walk into Street 11. Blk 161 is a standard HDB point block. #12-84 means you take the lift. Eatbook's address line also prints #650161 as a shorthand. Use #12-84. Check Instagram Stories before you go. Home cafes pause when the operator has a family day, a stock-out, or rain that soaks the window ledge. Do not turn up at 4.50pm on a Friday and expect a full menu.
Payment is whatever she posts. Home kiosks in this town often take PayNow first. Eatbook did not print a card policy. Bring a phone. The drinks are takeaway. There is no indoor seating listed. The window is the shopfront. That is the point, and also the limit. If you need a table and a toilet, go to West Mall. If you want a $4.50 matcha from someone who registered the business in March and is still serving from home in October, this is the Bukit Batok version.
Photos on this page are from Eatbook's 21 October 2026 visit, shot by Marcus Neo. That is an independent review, not a paid opening. Prices above are Eatbook's as of that date. Confirm on Instagram if she has moved a drink by a dollar. She is one person, not a chain. A sold-out matcha on a Saturday at 2pm is more likely than a secret second window.
