Limited space for dine in. service was fast, ingredients were already pre prepared.
there were other options like sushi if you want to eat quickly. food has the right amount of serving and price is reasonable. packaging for online orders is good, soup was still warm upon delivery.

Me and my friend were dining in at west mall outlet. at 840pm, a male staff came over to our table and said in a annoyed tone “ can you eat faster, I told you by 8.30pm “. initially I thought that was the last order time as closing time was 10pm as stated in google. nonetheless this was a very bad experience and I had to rush to finish my food.

Food was abit too dry for my taste buds but was served hot. The staff was very polite & helpful, enthusiastic in taking orders and food was served very promptly. I would visit again to try out other variations of don. Nice, quiet place to dine in on weekdays.

Had the gyu don and teriyaki chicken don. Beef was tender and nicely marinated, egg was very well done. Tasty and good value for money.

Affordable price for their food and portion is decent. But didn’t like the experience cause when ordering food, was talking to the staff nicely but his attitude was very poor and hope management will look into things. Sorry but I wouldn’t visit the restaurant again even though food is good.
