Newly opened Swensens (about half a year). Very quiet & calming cos of its ulu location. Food is just as good as other Swensen’s outlets. Would come here again for the yummy chicken & waffles & ambience.

Situated at lv 1 of plantation plaza. Quite crowded on a weekend evening. The waiting time is still ok to get into the restaurant as it's quite spacious. Food is good, same standard as other swensens. I like this new chicken baguette sandwich. However the service and serving can improve. Water was not served and some side dishes were either forgotten or not prepared and we had to remind a few times. Food is also abit longer than usual. Understand this outlet is new , still can improve.

A cosy Swensen’s in the heart of Tengah. My server Zt was excellent. Managers were walking around checking on people and how they were doing with their orders. Cream of mushroom, hot U.S. fries and chicken-baked rice served hot and sequentially within five mins of ordering during lunch hour. Table was cleaned and cleared promptly. Ice water was served in actual heavy glasses with ice cubes, instead of light green plastic cups like other Swensens.

I was served with store manager Mr.Samsul and his crews member during our dinner time at Tengah outlet. He served us with his smiles on and despite we keep asking for xtra sauce and plates and etc.. Mr.Samsul amd his teams never give us any kind of faces (not like other outlet) we are happy to dine here at Tengah outlet and serve by Mr.Samsul and his team! Cheers to them and pls give extra bonuses to them😄👍
