Would not comment much on the service as we were served by a girl with down syndrome. The pizza was great~ especially the new creation - supreme Hawaiian!! The baked parmesan cheese on the outer crust was uniquely nice!

Worst pizza hut experience ever. Service is pathetic - they are slow, forgetful and placid faces. Pizza sizes are very small, not enough toppings and base is too oily and sticky. Even the drinks are bad - we tried mango tango and honey lemon juice or something. Even the location is not easy to find. Still for just couple of drinks, one personal pizza and a large pizza (standard), you pay $53+. Better to opt for dominoes instead. Don't get me wrong pizza hut at other places like vivocity is really nice. Just this outlet is not worth it.

The meal deal is ok. It includes soup of the day, pizza and a drink. The seating arrangement has a lot more long tables, which probably seats more people now compared to the square and rectangle tables. However it does feel a but cheaper than it used to.

Decent food in a comfortable setting. This pizza hut branch has a nice ambience to it and service is good and prompt. First time ordering what they called a Splitzza, where cistomers can mix 2 flavours in a pizza. This solves the dilema of what flavour to order if everyone's favorite is different. Pizza quality is always consistently good, and mushroom soup is yummy. Conveniently located just beside the kids play area at Westgate, it provide a rest point for the family to have a sumptuous meal after play. 🙂
