Unqiue Oyster broth ramen, both are delicious but I prefer the Koeru Oyster Broth over the Ikasu Clear Soup. Beef Sushi is delicious. It would be great if the oyster size could be more bigger.

[OYSTER RAMEN] 🦪🍜Very unique experience with both their surf & turf centric ramen & the low-lit ambience with digital art exhibition at the side~ BB’s order - Slow-Cooked Oyster Broth (Koeru) They deffo brought their creamy paitan broth to the NEXT LEVEL, combining the familiar flavors of chicken & pork with a rich splash of sweetness from the oysters. 🌊The lime & pickled onions helped lift the soup flavors making it less one-dimensional or jelat! The tender chashu slices are on the fattier side, so I thought two slices was just the right number - anything more might have been cloying. bb’s order - Oyster Tsukumen (Asobu) The dipping sauce is a lot more gao than the broth, so you can taste a stronger oyster flavour but none too overpowering! The thick flat noodles are silken smooth with a decent chew, and absorbs the sauce flavor relatively well. Aside from the chashu slices, you also get more melty diced pork belly in the sauce. Only thing I think can be improved is the ventilation, felt like the oil smoke smell gets trapped within the restaurant and sticks onto your clothes after~ . 📍Address: 3 Gateway Dr, B1-28 Westgate, 608532 . . #sgeats #sgfoodporn #noodsnoodsnoods #noodlepull #牡蠣ラーメン #wantwoeatsg #singaporeforeveryone #burpplesg #sgfoodtrend #japanesefood #japanesefoodsg #sgfoodie.

The wow experience at the restaurant is definitely in its lovely ambience—it's quite romantic, though you might encounter a few mosquitoes! The ramen is a bit on the softer side, but the broth is really delicious, just a tad saltier than I'd prefer. I wish they offered some chili flakes to add a bit of spice to my dish, but overall, it was a nice meal!

Surprisingly good! The briny umami taste is hard to describe. Its like a bit ocean 🌊 in your mouth. The chashu and oyster also good. Except maybe the immersive part can be abit more well executed. The ambience lighting is great. The spot light on the food is dramatic and accentuates the visuals of the food. Maybe abit of soft music will be great. Also for some reason there’s a fly in the basement of the mall. They need to get rid of the pesky flies cuz they get attracted to the food under spot light. Nice that we don't have to queue here even on a weekend unlike their Namba shop. The Tsukumen dip was very flavourful and was not too salty. There was also no fishy taste eventhough it was oyster based. I like firm noodles but the Tsukumen noodles were on the hard side, it would have been better if it was chewy instead. The set comes with a pair of delicious beef sushi. The environment was good as they do not pack in the tables closely unlike most restaurants nowadays. Lastly the prices are on the high side, even higher than in Japan.
