Classic Singapore food court at IMM — halal-friendly stalls with local and regional fare.
Kopitiam at IMM is a well-established food court on Level 3 of Singapore's largest outlet mall, offering a broad selection of local and regional dishes in a bright, comfortable setting. The food court houses multiple halal-friendly stalls serving everything from nasi padang and roti prata to Chinese mixed rice and Western fare, making it an inclusive dining destination for the diverse crowds that pass through IMM.
Open from early morning to late evening, it serves everyone from breakfast-seeking commuters to late shoppers grabbing dinner. The stalls cover the familiar hawker spectrum — chicken rice, laksa, fish soup, rojak, and local desserts — alongside prata stalls and Malay rice options that draw particularly strong crowds.
The self-service tray return system and regular table clearing keep the dining area functional and pleasant even during peak lunch and dinner hours. Pricing stays within the affordable hawker range, generally five to ten dollars per person, making it a practical everyday option for workers in the area and visiting families. For a reliable, fuss-free meal at IMM that covers all the local bases, Kopitiam delivers the kind of consistent food court experience Singaporeans have grown up with. Pick your stall, find a seat, and dig in.

Pepper lunch would never try again. Staff attitude got some issue. Food also soso maybe cause by the attitude received Western not bad filling enough for the price can't complaint. Oyster omelette is still okay but the prawn noddle brooch taste for the base not really strong as the flavour seem to be missing.

I ordered from this new chicken rice store at this Kopitiam at IMM. I SAW A NICE PHOTO OF SIGNATURE SET! It was the WORST CHICKEN RICE SET THAT I EVER ORDERED! AT $6.70. It was really really not worth it. Look at the photo that I had taken! The veg looks pathetic! They offered bits and pieces of unwanted chicken! I thought since it is a new store and managed by Vietnamese store holder, let's try! It is not about shrinkflation, it is about cheating! This is the greatest mistake I ever made! My photo and their signature set photo, is such a big difference! Chicken rice is my staple lunch, and I will have it at least once a week! I know very well how best it is been serve and taste! How can we allow a dishonest store to sell! And in a kopitiam that is owned by NTUC.. NTUC, MUST NOT BLINDLY RENT OUT STORE TO HIGHEST BIDDER! NTUC IS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT THE WELFARE OF SINGAPORE WORKERS! I remember, a few months ago, there used to be a very popular chicken rice store that serves good food at reasonable price! Now I realised that an other chicken store has taken over and offered such a bad experience! No more chicken rice from this Vietnamese store!!

Its getting less crowded later in the evening, food choices are rather varied despite 3 stalls not opened. Food prices are affordable and important to use the kopitiam card!

The IMM is so huge that the kopitiam not that crowded even dinner time. There were plenty of empty tables when I visited. Quite a full occupancy for the stalls. Only one was empty which is Mala Hotpot. I wanted to try gopizza for quite a while and there is this stall at here and I tried it. The pizza a bit dry compared to other pizza joint. Serving time is ok, according to the note that they can finish in 3 minutes cooking because their tech. Korean stall is recommended. The bimbibap was good eventhought I ordered without hot stone one.
