Staff named Dian is the definition of rude, unfriendly, & unprofessional. Every time I pick up my orders, instead of doing her job with basic courtesy, she just points with her finger or waves her hand like I’m beneath her, all while serving me her nasty attitude face. Absolutely zero respect or customer service. Management, are you seriously ignoring all the feedback here, or do you just not care about your reputation? If this is the standard you allow, don’t be surprised when people stop coming altogether.

The drinks were fine, but the service from staff name Dian really left a bad impression. The barista was unfriendly and unapproachable, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. A smile or a bit of courtesy goes a long way—I hope this can be improved.”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Latte love and puff perfection! I walked into Kenangan Coffee at IMM, thinking I’d get a quick caffeine fix, and then I walked out in a deep, cheesy relationship with their sausage puff. That thing was so golden and flaky, I swear it made eye contact before I took a bite. Paired it with a latte that was smoother than my Wi-Fi on a good day. The vibe inside? Comfy. Clean. Feels like your friend’s living room if your friend was really into coffee and had touchscreen ordering kiosks. 10/10 would puff and sip again.

Review/Comment Draft (Third-Person POV): I happened to be at the store during this incident and saw what happened. From what I observed, the staff, Dian, was not rude. She was trying to understand the customer’s request, but it seemed there was some miscommunication. The customer appeared to misjudge the situation and scolded her instead. From my perspective, the staff remained professional and was simply trying to help. lovely matcha latte btw😋
