Disappointing . I'd expect more from an ex-michelin. Overpriced I would say. Ramen portion is little and the size of the chasiu is way too small. 2 thin slices of chasiu about the size of the fishcake slice you typically see in a bowl of laksa. Soft boil egg needs to be separately ordered.

Totally expected more from one Michelin star. Super thirsty after meal . I had the spicy miso fish ramen ，it’s packs a punch with spice but super salty . Found noodles to be a bit soft . Saving grace is the crispy cuttlefish .

The appearance of ramen is so off from the pictures shown on the menu. the food is not even good. Super overpriced just for 2 ramen that was poorly cooked. Service was super slow. I felt that the staff was impatient. $33 including gst and service charge. Both were ala carte. The free eggs given were not fresh at all. The egg whites tasted so bad. Might as well eat takagi ramen. Takagi ramen is such much better. Dont waste your money here. There are better ramen places to dine at than this overpriced ramen restaurant that isn’t good. The pork does not MELT in your mouth ok.

I ordered the Hototogisu ramen set. Broth is not too salty. Food is good. Ice tea served in a glass. Free hard boiled eggs!

Food is ok, nothing fantastic but because they keep advertising the michelin star so it feels a little sub par. Portion is miserable, less than instant noodles. Water not provided, maybe because we never ask. Service is ok, food arrived quickly, restaurant was about 10% full when we ordered. Staff was responsive. Open kitchen, dunno is the fridge or hood damn noisy. The staff crowd in the corner talk very loud.
