Had coffee and toast on 18feb 2.15pm. The crew had really bad attitude, especially the short hair auntie making toast. We opted the shopback payment option and the cashier auntie is not articulate and I couldn't get what she is trying to convey, very confusing. As I am not sure if they get my order correctly as they seem v blur, I asked for receipt and the auntie just kept pretending that she nv hear? The last straw came as when I am waiting for the uncle to prepare my order, the toast auntie jus decided to come out and shout at me to leave, when I am still waiting for my teh and eggs? Last but not least, the drinks and toast are terrible, only the ice kopi is good. Will not come here again. Really suggest the management to send your crew for service training.
