China's famous roujiamo — the Chinese burger — lands at Star Vista.
Bingz at The Star Vista is the Singapore outpost of the renowned Chinese brand 西少爷, famous for its roujiamo — a flaky baked flatbread filled with slow-cooked, spiced meat that has been called the Chinese hamburger.
The brand is known for its signature pork and cumin lamb roujiamo, alongside other northwestern Chinese street-food items like liangpi cold noodles and meat soups.
Beyond the roujiamo, Bingz offers combo meals and sides that showcase Shaanxi cuisine in a modern, quick-service format. For a taste of one of China's most iconic street foods at Star Vista, Bingz is a must-try.

Bingz Singapore at The Star Vista is a fantastic spot for a quick, tasty bite—especially if you’re craving something a little different from the usual. Their signature 肉夹馍 (Chinese burger) is crispy on the outside and packed with juicy, flavorful meat inside. The texture of the bun is spot on—crispy, flaky, and freshly baked. I tried the classic pork version and it was delicious, but the beef and spicy chicken options are also worth exploring. Their side dishes like the cold noodles and smashed cucumber are refreshing and nicely seasoned, making it a well-rounded meal. The place is clean, service is fast, and prices are reasonable for the quality. It’s a great spot for a quick lunch or casual dinner with a unique Chinese street food twist.

Bingz is known for its signature Chinese Roujiamo (肉夹馍), often referred to as the “Chinese burger,” and it certainly did not disappoint. I ordered The Signature Pork Roujiamo, and it was simply divine! The bun was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, providing the perfect contrast to the succulent, well-seasoned shredded pork within. Each bite was packed with flavor, and I could tell the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. To accompany my meal, I chose the Hot & Sour Glass Noodles—a dish bursting with bold, tangy, and slightly spicy flavors. The noodles had an excellent chewy texture, and the addition of pickled vegetables and roasted soybeans added a delightful crunch. It was comforting yet exciting to eat, making it the perfect side dish. For my drink, I went with the Plum Fizz, which was refreshingly sweet and tangy with just the right amount of fizz to cleanse the palate. It complemented the richness of the Roujiamo and the heat from the noodles beautifully. While the food was undoubtedly amazing, what truly made my visit special was the incredible service provided by Kim. From the moment I arrived, Kim was exceptionally welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to explain the menu, made excellent recommendations, and even checked in periodically to ensure I was having a great experience—all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable, and she made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. It’s rare to come across service like this, and I deeply appreciated her hospitality! The delicious, authentic Chinese flavors, combined with the top-tier service from Kim, make this place a must-visit. If you’re in the area (or even if you’re not), I highly recommend stopping by and trying their Signature Pork Roujiamo and Hot & Sour Glass Noodles.

Tried the pork burger and the sizzling chilli noodles with pork. Pork burger was crispy as advertised, but overall didn't pack as much flavour as I would expect. Good for a quick snack that is somewhat filling. Pork was a tad dry, though. What surprised me was the chilli noodles. Noodles were well cooked, quite chewy. Flavour was quite fragrant, and the dish worked out pretty well. Would definitely get the noodles again. Decent sitting spaces, with quick service.

Dropped by for a quick snack and tried the pork burger. The meat was juicy and flavorful, though a bit oily — it leaked onto my fingers. The crispy, flaky bun added a satisfying crunch that made the texture stand out. Price was reasonable for a novelty bite. Worth trying once, but not something I’d go for regularly.
