Flame-grilled beef cubes and lobster in Hillion Mall's first dine-in concept.
Beef Bro at Hillion Mall is the flame-grilled beef cube specialist's first-ever dine-in concept, having graduated from its 2018 origins as a Geylang Serai Bazaar kiosk to a proper restaurant at #01-27. Located right next to Bukit Panjang MRT, the outlet seats about 20 diners at bar seats and tables, serving signature grills fresh off the flame alongside smoothies and juices from the in-store Juice Up bar.
The menu spans Salt and Pepper Shortribs Beef Cubes, Cheesy Mentaiko Whole Boston Lobster, and Mala Chicken Cubes, alongside rice bowls, pasta options like Wagyu Steak Arrabbiata and Aglio Olio, and Nasi Lemak with choices from Basic to Lobster.
The Ayam Ramly with its signature egg-wrapped patty pays homage to JB-style street food, while desserts like the Banana Split with Caramel Popcorns round off the meal. Head to Beef Bro at Hillion Mall for flame-grilled indulgence that brings kiosk favourites to a proper sit-down setting. It is the spot for bold, smoky flavours when nothing but flame-kissed protein will do.
We had the oblong burger ( the burger was a sad pattie wrapped in a plain egg omelet filled with their sauce in a plain simple bun) cost $6/ not worth $1.50 and not worth the hype.
Sad the say, I should have know better than order half a lobster at a fast food type restaurant. Save your money and go elsewhere for fresh good tasting lobster. The only thing great at this place was the staff who were very polite and pleasant.

For a shop named Beef Bro, you would expect that they know their way around handling and cooking beef. We ordered the beef short rib cubes and they were: 1. Bland
2. Tough
3. Overcooked
4. Barely any seasoning
5. Dry Horrible, and we couldn’t finish it despite paying quite a bit for the regular portion. It was extremely disappointing and so bad. The salmon rice bowl was okay, the scrambled eggs with rice was a truly bizarre combination. The eggs were bland and doesn’t go well with the rice. Salmon was cooked decently, but slightly too dry for our liking. My partner also had the ramly beef burger. He didn’t like it and couldn’t finish even half of it, especially the bread. It was soggy and of bad quality. Will not return for sure. 2 stars is for the decently cooked salmon.

Nasi lemak rice was mushy, likely overcooked. Mentaiko beef cube portion was good. The beef cubes were well done and a bit tough. Mentaiko did not complement the taste of beef. Can try once to see if their taste is to your liking.

The food was nice. Order from Grab and self pick up. There are some good deals for weekdays at lunch time.

Ordered their mentaiko fries, Angus beef bowl and short ribs cube bowl. The short ribs are more tender than the Angus beef. Love the Mentaiko sauce on the fries. If you crave for torched beef cubes, can go for Beef Bro!
