I would like to commend the staff, Nurul, at Hillion Mall for her excellent service and cheerful attitude. I had pre-ordered an original nine piece jelly heart cake, and although I had stated for it to be pre-cut, it had not been cut. She cheerfully proceeded to cut it for me, without any black faced attitude that many staff in the retail business possess. She also took the initiative to ask if I needed any candles for birthday celebrations. My experience with her was very positive. My experience with the customer service was less than ideal though. First they took a long time to reply my email. I had tried to order through their website, but it was down. Only when I threatened to write a negative review on Google for they reply very quickly. Second, they could not even bother to address me by name, deciding to just write "Hi, our website has been down...". So rude and unprofessional. Thirdly, they got my order wrong, in the sense that I ordered a pre-cut cake, and mine was uncut. This is why I'm only giving it 4 stars. Because customer service is a whole package. Without Nurul's good service, I would have given it 2 or 1 star.
