The staff at the Le Quest Mall took out a container with premade coffee mixture from the refrigerator and blended it with ice (filled to the brim of the cup) after my order. I am currently suffering from heartburn due to drinking old coffee served by your ignorant, inconsiderate and lazy employee. Due to his laziness and inability to follow the company SOP, I have to suffer after drinking some old coffee that could have been made days ago. I would like to know what actions will be taken against this employee, he was a tall and big sized Malay man.

I was over the moon when Coffee Bean opened an outlet at Le Quest Mall. There isn’t any decent cafe serving good coffee and cafe fare in the vicinity. Been here twice for brekkie after a morning walk. I had the Pancakes & Eggs Platter with an Iced Latte on the first visit and was pleasantly pleased….pancakes were light and fluffy a little cold when it was served. (Maybe due to the cold aircon). The Breakfast Waffle Platter I had on my second visit was a little disappointing. Portion was substantial but the 2 chicken sausages and scrambled eggs seems to overshadow the waffle (only half a round waffle was served) which should have been the main star. The waffle was tough, doughy and dry. I doused the pancake syrup and extra butter on the waffle hoping they will soak through but to no avail. The texture was just too dense. Regular latte was good though. I hope they will beat the odds and stay put because a a lot of other food outlets at Le Quest Mall didn’t have much staying power. Quiet on weekdays and even on weekends.

Quiet place for a drink but the chai latte has zero froth/foam. Feels more like drain water than a tea. Bad service, black face from staff. Will not visit again.

As a ‘regular’. The staff and their service should be commended, they are friendly, determined and efficient on orders. I hope this 5 star pushes their overall stars to a better deserving rating. This outlet is the best in my opinion, in comparison to their other outlets of the ones I’ve tried in the west. Thank you.

The food and drinks and services here is much more better than West Mall , only the operating hours is up to 11pm while West Mall is 24hrs . Yes food are the same but the ways they warm up or reheat the food is totally different.
