Worst Sushiro restaurant in Singapore. Super slow queue just to pay for the food. 4 person in front of me. 5 person behind me. All trying to pay. Sushi thick salmon slices was super thin ok. It's just long. Long and thin is different from thick. I tasted sand on the surf clam. Hamo fish slides is Super frozen also. What a disappointment. By the way, it WASN'T super crowded but the staffs cannot handle well.

This is a popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant, packed most of the time. Servings are quite small compared to other similar restaurant & the prices are also higher. What I cannot understand is why the wasabi packets are so tiny, you need to spend time opening enough packets of wasabi if you are with a group of people, it's like a joke!

Sushiro offers an interesting variety of food options that stand out among similar chains. The sushi rice is particularly tasty, making it a strong contender in the realm of sushi chains. One highlight was their beef sushi, which was exceptionally good. However, it would be great if they expanded their menu to include more non-sushi items, such as standalone tempura prawns. While the service staff are friendly and attentive, the cashier's tendency to push partnered merchandise can be a bit off-putting. Despite this, the overall experience at Sushiro was pleasant.

Come often as I enjoy the food and seasonal menu, even though the serving size is very inconsistent here. However today I ordered a 2.3 dish among many other things and received a 3.9 dish instead. Staff insisted the dish was correct. When I pointed out the orders and the number of colored plates don’t tally, I was told maybe they just used the wrong plate. And since I had taken a bite before realising it is wrong, there’s nothing that can be done regardless if it was delivered wrongly or not.

Paid $36.09 for 2 persons dinner. The sushi was fresh but the rice fell apart easily. Also, the meat dropped off from the sushi easily. The avocado sushi was tasty. The conveyor belt system was a creative idea - ordered food was delivered at the upper belt. Service was a bit slow - ordered 2 cups of hot green tea but was served after a long time. Usually, there would be a queue outside the restaurant but there was no waiting on Election Day.
