Short girl Chinese bad mood like not happy to do my bread menu. I order my bread she do like rojak can throw my bread 😟oh my god ..after aven, . Why dont do like this la, if u not happy just give to other staff can help. Please dont do again. Customer can see wht are u doing.

This happen at location: Clementi mall branch , subway I would the owner to seriously look into this matter where we have experienced a terrible and rude service. the person involve is a middle age, gold hair, Chinese lady, wearing a black cap + face mask. this happen at 3.30pm at 27 September 2025. The Muslim sister (30-40 years old I think, do pardon me if I get the age wrongly) lady at the cashier, will be able to share more information. - shouted at the customer when being asked what we like to order. this is a real serious issue because lack of training got nothing to do with communicating poorly. - she assumed what meat I wanted to, before even checking with me. and when I clarify with her, why is she asking me what vege I want, when I have not order the meat, she got mad and angry. now, her personal issue should not be reflected on innocent party. we are just here to EAT. - when requested for sauce, she refused, by saying I DO NOT WANT TO DO FOR YOU, because she has wrapped the bread up. she raises her voice towards us which is a reflection on not just herself but the inadequate training she has received. which I know can be better. - note that during the interaction, we were not rude, did not make any funny remark, just simply wanting to have a meal. I tried to submit my feedback online multiple times but failed. this is very frustrating and have no choice to but to communicate through google review. I like the owner to follow up with me or even call me to clarify anything. I be waiting for a reply or even, how to communicate with you regarding this issue. - note I like to submit a formal complain against that staff. please assist me on this please.

So impressed by the standard and quality of the cookies at Clementi today. The best cookies I have ever had in a long time. Usually the cookies are half-baked / undercooked / soggy / soft, but today these were fully baked with chunks of macadamia even! Kudos to the team on shift at 6pm 👍🏻

This store is terrible! There is one auntie who is very bossy and has horrible manners. She yells at her customers for choosing the ingredients for their food. Her makeup is very heavy and she is old. Absolutely terrible.

Am giving this one star cos the overall average rn is 4.2 stars for this outlet which is far too high. I tahan too long before this review, combining multiple issues into this one review. Been an occasional customer to this particular outlet, honestly they are super stingy with their veggies, always give only a tiny pinch you have to ask for more and then they give you an even tinier pinch. I don't face this in any other Subway outlet islandwide. Furthermore their shorthaired aunty seems to never put up her mask while handling food. I've seen once she dropped something(I never knew what was) and then she put it back into my sandwich. Didn't bother to confront her but I had diarrhea afterwards. Today I saw her(shorthair aunty) serve multiple customers without putting her mask on(mask just hang at the chin area) Their seating arrangement is also a bit awkward as the tables are very close together it made moving the chairs difficult if we bring bags. Attaching a photo of the sandwich the ah-girl did for me today so tiny pinch of veggies. I'll not visit this outlet unless I'm quite hungry and need to eat asap.
