I was asking about ordering a salad . The cashier told the sales guy to ask me to wait in line I didn't mind as I was inquiring at first Which is fine However , when it was my turn to pay the cashier went to get the tray of bread and started to stock up. If she had the common sense to ask me to wait in line didn't she have the same sense to settle my payment first? What kind of customer service is that? Maybe she should be sent for training before she is put to face customers. Not a very capable sales staff who judges people without knowing context !

Subway has been a long-time favourite ever since it got halal-certified by MUIS in 2018. It offers anyone a wide selection of choices including vegetarian and non-vegetarian (mostly). The sandwiches are always great with numerous fillings like tuna mayonnaise, breaded chicken to marinara meatballs. Even the types of bread vary; wholemeal to hearty Italian to flatbread. The best part is you can have it toasted with oozing melted cheese as your base and you can even have it for breakfast that is served until 11 am. Subway has introduced newer products lately with their new Energy Bowl Series offering three: Avocado Caeser Chicken Bowl, Falafel Bowl and Spicy Beef Taco Bowl. They are a great hit because they complete the whole meal without the extra sides like drinks. It is wholesome and extremely delicious.

I bought these 2 items of sandwiches from west mall and one of them is a signature subway and which is "beef and mushroom ". I asked them can I change the sauce cos I can't take a ranch sauce due to allergies but the cashier and the sandwich preparer said it can't be change she said that either u take with the sauce or don't take it? What kind of service attitude they give towards the customer if the person can't take the sauce and request to change to other sauce. They claim that these are signature so they can't change anything there was no flexibility, I'm literally disappointed and won't come back to the outlet again. Hope the the SUBWAY management review this incident.
