Subway at IMM

I’m sad because I ordered a set menu sandwich. Asked to add another sauce instead. But GLENN won’t let me. Although I said many other outlets does it. Glenn who worked at imm outlet at 25th may 2025 at 8:45 pm told me subway don’t do it. Subway official says it’s completely fine to add sauces. I even asked for like a tiny bit. Uncool Glenn. Really uncool.

First time I have felt wronged at a Subway. Will not recommend this branch to anyone.

Very bad experience at Subway. We had ordered and were eating Subway food, while also feeding our one-year-old baby a few chips (his snack). The staff came and very rudely said outside food isn’t allowed. Even after explaining it was for the baby, they continued to behave arrogantly instead of politely handling the situation. On top of that, the staff said only three sauces were allowed but added them in very small quantity, the food quality was poor, and the soft drinks were served at room temperature. Overall, a terrible experience — rude staff, bad food, and no basic courtesy.
