Their food and service quite nice. Thy explained their signature food very clearly and also introduces their season food as well. Through out the dinning process, thy also keep refill my tea and changing my plate frequently which makes me feel I’m being taken care. For the payment process. Esther with the black shirt even asks me to double check my bill and enquire about the food taste. Overall their service and food was amazing, highly recommend.

As a proper family restaurant, I never really liked putien, because the flavours are too mild for me in my memory But surprisingly I found the cabbage tofu soup and their signature noodles having great umami, and you can see the dried scallops and dried prawns that contribute to their depth of flavour The service by the staff was attentive and energetic, but the floor manager is not nice. She lied to us about the portion, encouraging us to buy the large noodles even tho we had only 5 ppl by saying it only fills 7-8 bowls. Look at the portion in the picture, I think it fills closer to 18 bowls. It's absolutely massive She also did not mention anything about their wheel spinning promotion, which gives us a free dish or 25% discount. She obliged when we brought it up after we saw other people benefitting from the promotion. 5 stars for everyone else, 2 stars for her dishonesty.

My first time ever dinning in Putien, their food is amazing. Coz its my first time, Minru with the black shirt patiently explain to me which food is their signature and its their hairy crab and oyster season. The dinning experience is good, when I go for the payment, Esther with a black shirt even asks me to double check my order and ask for my dinning experience and food taste which makes me feel I’m being taken care. Overall their services and food is great, definitely gonna go for second time.

Excellent food and service at Putien. Came to this branch for the first time because I really wanted to try their squirrel fish (it’s a yellow croaker carved deboned and carved into an ornamental shape resembling a squirrel and served in sweet and sour sauce), and we weren’t disappointed at all! The squirrel fish was fantastic; the outsides were crispy but the meat was still tender and not dry, and the sauce was delicious. I love the addition of pine nuts to the sauce - in terms of both flavour and texture. Their braised cabbage and beancurd soup is also really delicious, and you cannot not order their mazu mee sua. Every dish is really delicious and the ingredients are high quality. Service is really excellent as well. We didn’t have a reservation, so we joined the queue by scanning a QR code. A what’s app message notifies you when your table is ready so you can walk around without having to wait. Once our table was ready, we were promptly seated and our orders promptly taken. The waitstaff are really attentive (even though the restaurant is packed) and will check on you often to see if there is anything you need and whether the food is to your liking. They even helped to serve us the soup even though they were so busy. We’ll be back.

It's truly amazing and impressive. Every waiter's staff member was exceptional, courteous, and always had a warm smile on their face. It's important for the waitress to improve her service. The food was great, but the noodles were not for me because they didn't have any special flavor and were not worth the price. I'm not entirely sure why there are different vegetables in it. The noodles appear untidy.
