Incredibly slow service. More than half an hour to prepare pizza for takeaway during off peak hour. There’s hardly any people dining in, only 1 table. Maybe they have many delivery orders but over 30 mins for takeaway when it’s off peak timing, it’s ridiculous. You can tell the staff aren’t interested in working, everything so slow, walk slow, pack slow, there was a customer in front of me waiting for the pizza, it was sitting cold on the counter they never even pack for him until he went to ask, is that his order? Then they oh yah, pack his takeaway. One other customer waiting to be seated , they never even attend to her until she decided to go pasta mania to eat instead. I think Customer satisfaction for this branch very low to me. Also the app not working well. Can’t order and pick up in advance like before. It’s terrible. I won’t buy again. Update June 2025: Tried the new menu at 50% off. Frankly the Japanese chain store Saiz*riya is better. The Pizza Hut pastas were no good, sauce tasted like can cream soup. New sourdough pizza is not bad. But not like gourmet ones of course but 50% price point is ok ok. The bolognese fries is nice but too salty. Mozzarella sticks are very short like tiny wieners, can be bigger. Garlic bread a bit burnt outside but inside the butter still like frozen, heat is too high. Overall I think Pizza Hut is so so only, maybe that’s why not many customers on a Saturday lunchtime. It’s good that Pizza Hut is inclusive and employs challenged persons but sometimes it’s hard to communicate with them. Luckily other staff will step in to help them.
