First time visiting this buffet restaurant. The place is cozy and the staff are friendly (frontline: Yan Heng). He provided clear information, introduced the menu, and even brought us around the food section. The food is delicious, and the Hong Kong music playing in the restaurant creates a nice atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

First visit to Paradise Hotpot and decided to go to Westgate outlet as it is one of the newest. Very nice atmosphere. As you can see how fresh the veg and meat is.. it is just like pluck from the farm. Soup base is good.
I will visit them frequently!
Price is very worthy!

Wagyu Beef Buffet. Free flow 80 mins. Eat all you can. What a catch! I had the spicy Szechuan soup base. Oh the heat, oil and black peppercorn when slurped bubbling hot. Japanese pork belly and abalone prawn paste as superb complements to the wagyu. The prawn paste was like eating a springy prawn-collagen infused muscle. It cannot be cut with a spoon. It has to be chewed. They have a great range of desserts as well. Tau Hway, Herbal Jelly, Red Bean Soup, pancakes, and ice cream. Keep the stomach space. Watch the time. Dining strictly 80 mins only. Should have been 100. Sign up for their membership during your birthday month and get a $50 voucher to use immediately. Food very fresh service very fast.

They offer a fantastic all-you-can-eat hotpot experience with a wide range of fresh ingredients and flavourful broths. The variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables is impressive, and the sauces are deliciously customisable. The service is excellent, and the staff is attentive. The cosy, modern setting makes it perfect for a fun meal with friends or family. Highly recommend for hotpot lovers looking for quality and variety.

First time visiting here. It’s recommended to make a reservation in advance. The cooked food — especially the fried rice — was surprisingly tasty. They seemed a bit short-staffed, so you might need to wait a while when it comes to payment. Overall, it’s a good place for hot pot and buffet.

Paradise Hotpot
A brightly lit storefront for Paradise Hotpot, a Hong Kong Style Hot Pot Buffet. The sign above the entrance reads "品樂鍋 Paradise Hotpot." The counter area is orange and white, with a few customers interacting with staff. A digital screen displays a promotion for complimentary mini abalone.
Restaurant Interior with Booth Seating
The image shows the interior of a modern restaurant with a focus on booth seating. The walls are decorated with vertical wooden slats and arched niches, each containing a vertical golden light fixture. A long, mustard-yellow upholstered banquette runs along the wall, providing seating. Tables are set with minimalist place settings, including bowls and chopsticks. In the background, arched decorative panels feature vibrant, colorful images of what appear to be neon signs from a city street, adding a lively contrast to the otherwise subdued decor. An "EXIT" sign is visible hanging from the ceiling. The flooring is a light-colored wood-look tile.
