This particular outlet has served cold and soggy fried food to me several times. This time, I forgot to check and got cold and deflated nuggets, wet and soggy big fishballs and sotong balls that are bascially so dry inside. I have decided to review. Buyers should check for warmth of food before heading off.

Do not buy from them!!! Never buy old change kee again! This outlet serves cold chicken pops and other deep fried food. They fried and left it laying around at the counter behind them. The display glass food also not hot at all. The fried food are also very brown in color . They over used their oil to refry their food Even when I told the staffs they still give me the same batch of chicken pops. The Chinese lady cashier is very rude and Very bad customer service. She will raise her voice at you demand you to pay $$. As if you own her a million dollars!

Worst Old Chang Kee ever! Food is cold and soggy because they pre-cooked their items in large quantity. Store supervisor and QC team should be fired for this BS. $6 for 2 items of unpleasant food; it's daylight robbery.

Hello what hapen to this outlet open so late avery dah 9.26am then open. Waiting so long.. staff say 10 more minute. Then after come back, give me 10 more minute again ?? Alamak ! So boring every day like this.
