Went to mr bean west mall 1st August 11.58am, was thankful there was no queue. However was made to stand at the counter pathetically for over 3 mins with no acknowledgement of my presence The first chinese staff saw me first and decided to ignore and continued washing at the sink, the other malay staff similarly ignored me for a few minutes even though she was standing right in front of me packing some delivery items when there was no delivery guy waiting yet. Ordered jade tofu porridge with a special request to add extra soy sauce (repeated myself 3x) but no acknowledgment and just collected my payment Very disappointed when I got down to consume my food as they completely forgot about my additional soy sauce request Kindly look into some customer service training for the staff at this branch please This appears to be a recurring problem as seen from other reviews here.
