McDonald's LeQuest at Le Quest

I intended to order the Spicy Chicken McNuggets today, but was informed that the item was not available at the store. To my surprise, when I requested some pepper as a basic seasoning alternative, I was told that even pepper could not be provided. For an international fast-food chain, the inability to supply regular menu items as well as such a basic condiment significantly impacts the customer dining experience and diminishes confidence in the brand.

Almost 4 years in this neighbourhood. Service still hasn’t improve. 3 out of 5 times missing food or zero sauces when take away. Bought happy meal for the toy, but didn’t give toy. Only one Chinese lady manager can make things better. This is the most disappointing and slowest outlet I ever visited. Long waiting time, near to zero customer service. No passion.

Never ever buy from this particular outlet. Always have something missing. Either forgot to give u hotcakes syrup, missing HM toy. They have never ever fulfilled their order completely. Call them to complain also won't bother to pick up the phone.

Asked for table no., cashier mentioned "sorry I already press in the order couldn't do that for you." it's not busy at all, there were no orders, I don't understand why just a marking of a table no. on the receipt or their order paper a problem, stand there for 10 mins for the food, thought they will call out for no. when food r ready, so I went back to my seat. however, I waited for another 5 mins, I didn't hear any no. called, I went to check my food was there waiting lonely. and my coke float isn't coke float anymore. HORRIBLE SERVICE. can't believe mcd is like that already.
