McDonald's at Taman Jurong Shopping Centre

Waited for 20 mins for just 1 happy meal, they served many other who came after, nuggets and fries came cold, drink was lukewarm, staff didn’t compensate nor say sorry terrible experience. Restaurant Manager on duty attitude was terrible. Even after we went to the counter and asked for the food after 20mins. They don’t even show any remorse at all. Arrogance attitude. Why such a big establishment like Mac can employed such staff to work in the frontline.

Disappointed by the quality of the French fries and McSpicy burger I got over the weekend. The fries were cold and really quite tasteless, definitely a far cry from how they used to taste. The service was satisfactory, just disappointed by the food.

Been to many mac for sure. But this mac has not crispy fries consistently. Some outlet has hot crisp fries but not this. Waiting time here is slower compared to other branches.

Came here for breakfast. used the app to order, but waited for 5mins or longer, it was stuck at process payment.. checked with the staffs, they asked me to order via the kiosk.. I tried two kiosks and both could not scan the Mcdonald reward and grabpay qr codes.. such a fristrating morning..
