I've visited the Clementi branch of MadlyGood several times. The croffles and the waffles are good, tasty, and served warm. While the desserts are good, stay away from the Rosti. The first time I ordered this dish, it was excellent. Because of that, I tried it another few times only to be severely disappointed. Every time after that first time, it was served cold, uncooked, and with burnt cheese. It was not only extremely disappointing but also disgusting to eat. (see pictures of the Rosti). This was especially so considering it was one of the expensive items on the menu and took about 30 minutes to be served. I think it was just microwaved and not really cooked fresh. Just stay away from the Rosti.

Why is the maple syrup cup so small???? Can barely cover 1/4 of the waffle in syrup Like I’m just eating dry waffles at this point the cup is smaller than my finger. The mochi also had a weird taste. I think madly good standard has dropped since they first opened. not saying it’s horrible but it’s not that good.

Croffle is so-so. Pistachio cream not bad. There is 30% discount on all pistachio items. Clementi mall s3 app can redeem points for $5 off (min $20 spent). Food overall is not bad but counter staff taking my order maybe in a bad mood. I feel she very angst when taking my order. Dont know what she cant find, but she look so glum. Im not expecting big smiles when taking customer's orders, but at least be polite and patient pls.

Visited Madlygood at the clemeti mall on a weekday morning and it was less crowded and peaceful. The food was pretty good and the portion size was satisfactory for the price we paid. Unfortunately we had to wait more than 20 mins for our order to come in since there was only one person serving at the restaurant. The dishes we ordered in came in at different timings which were around 15 minutes apart and we lost the joy of enjoying them together as a family. However, the staff was friendly and kind. There is a variety of desert options to select and mango gelato was nice and creamy! The waffle we selected was hard and not the fluffy type, but it was really nice when mixed with the vanilla ice cream that came in as a topping! I assume the place is busy during the weekend, hence heading there at a non peak hour would be a good option. Overall experience was good and can recommend to anyone who is wanting to visit this place. Will surely come again!!!

MadlyGood never disappoints! Their ice creams are amazing, and I love how they’re always introducing new flavors to try. The waffles are also top-notch—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and pair perfectly with the ice cream. The only downside is that it's a bit on the pricier side, but for the quality and taste, it's still worth the occasional treat. Definitely a must-visit for dessert lovers! 🍦🍰✨
