Long John Silver's at Westgate

Food came pretty fast compared to the other reviews. I only waited 5 minutes, but the quality was abysmal. I ordered 3x chicken breast but look at the batter, it isn’t cooked well like the fryer wasn’t at the right temperature. Mushy and unappetising.

Want to claim the clam chowder on my "next visit" but the staff is very very not happy about it give a very bad face. She say she talk to the manager and not sure what they talk about. Next visit, did they wrote next hour? Next day? No they didn't.... If long john sliver can't afford to give free soup then don't do this promotion. Else just write it clearly...

Waited 40 mins for just a meal. Stop prioritising grab orders and concentrate on loyal customers who actually come down to your restaurant and give a damn. One side toasted, another side not toasted.

Usually I am able to tolerate long waits. However, waiting 30minutes for an order of sides is unacceptable. A seafood chowder and a cup of corn which takes at most 5 minutes to prepare. I am not only one unhappy with the slow service but theres a couple of customers here showing that they are visibly upset. You can see from the image that all the orders time have already turned red and most of the customers are already waiting very long for their food.
