Today at around 12pm, I went to get green tea at this outlet and was served by a lady who was rude and pulled a sour face when I showed passion card and asked for passion card discount. She also made some comments when I asked for a change of straw. Pl look into this. Usually I am served by Bernard who is extremely polite and helpful. Even in this case he came to my aid and assured me he will look into this matter. Pl thanks him on my behalf.

The drink is normal but service is a disaster. Long face with unhelpful attitude. Kids order forget to ask whether boba is included. Then want to pay for that as a side after collected the drinks. The answer is no return drink, it’s but called return , just want to ask whether can pay for the extra topping. Understand maynot be feasible, but the answer and arris use is really “kick customer type” maybe because of no competition in the plaza, so they don’t need to have any customer service at all. Up to you guys when you are here to but a drink and an @attitude” for free.

Not quite a fan of liho but the good service provided by a young staff who took my order may have just turned me into a frequent customer. Was also not a member of the app until last evening. Kudos; I hope they continue to uphold quality service.
