Please advice the tall girl wearing scarf to properly do her work cause everytime I buy from there, she is rude, customer service very bad, keep mumbling and not doing her work properly. Been there a few times and she is always pushing her job to others as I can see. Will report this to your hq if this girl still doesnt change her work attitude. Very bad.

Signature coffee which I've been drinking for a long time at various branches was like tasteless diluted sweeten water. The typical coffee taste wasn't there. Hope the staff do a better job next time.

Went there on 2/8/25 and 7:15pm with two workers a guy and a female, both look so overwhelmed especially the female but provided a not bad service but not the guy… am I tripping or is that there is no name tag for. customers to know the workers name? but the guy provided face that why am I ordering? as I wasn’t sure how the design of the Mr Yuan Ring straw looks like and headed to ask him and give me a face like “nah look like this” and when I ordered at the cashier as I wanted to use other payment methods he didn’t capture the order that I show via my phone, then I told him my order and yet he couldn’t capture it and I have to repeat the third time… but after all one star was given cuz there’s no possibility to put zero.

In a city saturated with bubble tea options, LiHO has become my reliable go-to, not because they're necessarily the absolute best, but because their standard is incredibly consistent across all their branches. You always know you're going to get a quality drink. My personal favourite and usual order is the No. 52 Earl Grey Milk Tea. I love the distinct, fragrant bergamot aroma of the tea, which is both refreshing and comforting. I customise it with their Mixed Sweet Potato Pearls and Aloe Vera. It's a fantastic combination – the pearls are delightfully chewy with a subtle, earthy sweetness, which pairs wonderfully with the light, refreshing bite of the aloe vera. I find that with these toppings, getting 0% sugar is just perfect. My son usually goes for the Classic Milk Tea with Pearls (50% sugar, more for young people :p), and it never disappoints. The milk tea is smooth and well-balanced, and the pearls are always cooked to a nice, chewy consistency. While there might be other brands that excel in specific areas, LiHO's strength is its trustworthiness. It's a solid, dependable choice for the whole family whenever a bubble tea craving hits.
