I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at the fishball noodle stall. I stood in front of the stall waiting to be served, but the staff member completely ignored me and continued doing her own tasks. After calling her several times, she responded impatiently, saying she had heard me but was busy doing accounting, then continue to ignore us. We didn’t order in the end. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Please ensure your staff are properly trained to prioritize and attend to customers.

Didn’t know mala can taste this bad! worst mala I have ever eaten! when we first received our food, it didn’t even look like mala. dry, bland and tasteless! really overpriced too! ordered just a few portions and got charged a whopping $17! atrocious this is probably the reason why they receive less customers than the neighbouring stores.

The Chinese stall used to be the only reason my family would eat there. The chef and staff seemed to have recently completely changed, and even the food flavours have. The 干煸四季豆 (stir-fried french bean) in the past was a favourite. The new version has suddenly become too salty with overly salty minced meat. The 回锅肉used to be a great balance of pork belly with assorted green chilli, bell pepper, and vegetables that enhance the flavours of the dish. But it's now only just pork and leek - I don't even see garlic. The 辣子鸡 (Chongqing Chicken) by the current chef is way too spicy... Worst of all, my beloved 番茄蛋(Tomato Egg) used to have wok hey, but is now just a watery mix of scrambled egg with tomato.

Understand that the business is not so much in this food court. However, the price for a mixed veg rice is really overcharge. Order 2 meat and 1 vegetable dishes cost $6.30. Went carlify with the staff. She said the price is approved by the koufu management. The meat is at $1.60 + so call $3 drumsticks (which other place just a normal meat dishes sesame chicken). Overall taste is normal, but the price is really not reasonable. Please indicate the price list for expensive dishes.

Koufu is a well-established brand name in the hearts of many households as cited from their website. When I stepped in and wanted to browse for dinner options, I was in a disbelief state. At least a good 6 stalls were vacant which gives patrons little food options. It feels like I had booked the whole place with many empty tables and is like free seating. I supposed business is highly affected when there's a food centre next to it with more options and larger seating capacity. I see it as if you want air conditioning, when the days are hot, then Koufu it is! The management have to do something about it if not sooner or later, it can't sustain.
