Heritage Yong tow foo specialist stuffing bean curd and vegetables with savoury fish paste the traditional way.
Koo Kee Yong Tow Foo Mee is a specialist in the traditional Hakka dish of yong tow foo — bean curd, bittergourd, chilli, and vegetables stuffed with seasoned fish paste, then deep-fried or boiled and served in a light, savoury broth.
The brand has been serving this beloved Singapore comfort food for years, and the fish paste remains the star: springy, well-seasoned, and clearly made fresh rather than from mass-produced supplies.
The standard bowl comes with a selection of stuffed items alongside yellow noodles or kway teow, finished with a clear, flavourful soup that ties everything together. Diners can also opt for a dry version with sweet sauce and chilli on the side. Beyond the signature yong tow foo, the menu extends to fishball noodles and fishcake options, keeping things focused on what the kitchen does best. Prices are affordable, and the portions are satisfying for a quick, fuss-free meal. For a taste of old-school Singapore hawker fare made with care, Koo Kee Yong Tow Foo Mee is a dependable, comforting choice that respects the tradition without overcomplicating it.

Very rude worker at Clementi brand. The previous customer his hand was dirty and touch the small plate. I ask for new small plate she insist there is a lot, refuse to top up, and when I ask for a spoon she shout to me her hand is dirty too ask me dun use the spoon which is touch from her hand! What kind of service is this? Employ such a rude and unhygienic worker. I would give zero star if I could!

Standard of food had become from bad to worst. No quality control over franchise store. Very disappointing.

Ordered standard n4oodle with tofu and fishball earlier today for lunch at about 1350h. Paid $6.20 for the it, later regret. The overall taste was bad. Fishball tasted slightly raw enough to taste the fishy in your mouth, the noodle seems slightly smell with the mixture, and tofu seems old. Overall was pretty bad, could finished it, fishball left 2.5 pieces, tofu left 1. Later at about 1500H+ stomach felt uncomfortable and had to take Eno and some herbal medicine to calm my stomach. Please look into this Stall is not doing any favour to the original starter. Compliments to the stall at Yew Tee Mall. This stall at West Mall should pack up!

Came on 22 April Sat 11.20am. Auntie was impolite to the customer queuing ahead of me. Very impatient and frowning…lots of negative energy. When her male colleague appeared for work, she was smiling and flirting with him. For some reason, Koo Kee hires very rude servers. Perhaps Auntie should not work if she thinks that she can treat the customers like parasites.
