Certainly! Here's a more polished and professional version of your message while still conveying your frustration clearly: I visited your shop on 26 June at around 7:15 PM during peak hours and was surprised to find that no plastic bags were provided. Am I expected to hand-carry my cold drinks all the way home? It’s disappointing that the shop didn’t anticipate the high number of customers and prepare accordingly. It feels unprofessional to expect customers to carry cold drinks without any proper packaging. Disappointing.

I just asked if the red bean product was available as the kiosk showed sold out but the online app showed available. The lady’s attitude was not very good not sure if she is she store manager there or what. Bad experience and quite disappointed. Please restock the taro red bean product soon. Thanks.

The worker served me broken macarons. I know it’s broken before I bought it, because they are in a protective cooler bag and I didn’t crush my bag. For $3.80 a piece the common sense is to give a perfect piece to the customer.

First time at this outlet. staff all very friendly to help with the ordering. cup has cute koi bear motif to celebrate national day! had the orh-nee taro milk tea with taro-q, so filling and yummy. 25% sugar is best sugar level to taste the taro!
