I was initially disappointed when I accidentally spilled my drink on the floor, but the exceptional customer service I received from the staff turned the situation around. Upon spilling my drink, I was greeted with empathy and understanding by the staff. They didn't hesitate to offer me a replacement drink, which was a delightful surprise. This level of attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers truly sets KOI Bubble Tea apart.

Self-ordered at kiosk n paid cash ($4.30 for M-green milk tea w pearls) at counter, was served by a young lady named kai qi, she was polite. but the drink was not gd though, much inferior den wat I used to get fm the PS outlet. the golden bubble was very hard..if without much chewing, I dun tink it can be digested by my stomach.

To be honest, the drink was ok. It was the service that pissed me off. After I ordered my drink from the machine, I wanted to pay by cash so I had to take the receipt and pay at the counter. When I went to the counter, nobody was there, and I waited for a while. That was when I noticed a worker in uniform crouching right under the counter on the other side, pretending not to see my. He was squatting on the floor, playing BRAWL STARS on his phone. Ok, I get that your gameplay is more important than your customers. But the thing is, I was looking at him, and he LOST THE MATCH! The gamemode wasn't even solo showdown, it was Heist, where you have a 50/50 chance of winning. And he lost it! After a while another employee came and took my order, and nothing happened after that. I went to the side to continue watching his gameplay, and he lost another match. Bro can't even be a professional brawl stars player, better stick with your job if you don't wanna get fired.

1. The order app didnt show got difference btw wild honey and honey oolong tea. 2. The employee gave me the wrong drink. If not for my vigilance, I would have drank the wrong drink. The receipt label on the plastic carrier is my order but the drink he put inside is another customer’s drink. And to think I paid $93.31 for eventbrite koi event to learn to make bbt. Make me lose confidence in their training 🙄

I ordered Milk Tea with pearls under the Birthday rewards free drink for Koi Members. You get a free topping on your birthday month and two drinks. The milk tea is smooth and very well blended. The pearls are golden and chewy, which improves the aesthetic of the Bubble Tea drink. Highly recommended but it is more on the pricey and premium side of bubble tea when you buy it without any perks or promotions. Service was great too although drinks could have been prepared faster during the peak hours around five o'clock weekends. Highly recommended!
