Did self pickup, was told the order was ready so we drove into westmall to pick up the order. But when we arrived, they said it was still in preparation. After waiting some more we realised they have not even started preparing our order. Waited a total of 40 minutes. Wasted time and paid extra for parking. I hope the management will look into getting more staff if the staff is overwhelmed with orders.

Great vegetarian options and unique sauce. I would recommend the jackfruit vegetarian with burrito light. A little pricey tho Another option I usually go for is the paneer tikka a nice wrap with panner.

The regular lady at the counter (I didn't manage to get her name, she dons a head covering) is very patient, polite, friendly, and runs the service expertly with her team. Food is consistently good quality (crispy nachos, fresh salsa/guacamole/hummus, mains), and very clean-tasting. Options are many but clearly displayed. I always do takeaways, but there are a few high chairs and tables.

Kamilia from Kebabs Faktory the best, I ordered paneer shawarma, Doner lamb, chicken shawarma, cheesy loaded fries and churros. Everything was so good and fresh and the hospitality from Kamilia is applausable.

Nice and friendly staff who explained what's inside the shawarma that I've ordered. First time trying and it's yummy. My children love the Kid's meal - cheesy kebab and also the Nacho & cheese. Will come again. 👍🤤
