Each bowl features freshly rolled-to-order ban mian or mee hoon kway, with a limited daily supply that often sells out before 2 pm.

The Signature All-In Combo is the star — loaded with pork slices, pork balls and shrimp balls in a rich, cloudy broth. A dry version drenched in dark savoury sauce is equally popular.
