The wanton mee was not too bad and quite well seasoned. The wanton (both fried and soup) versions paled in comparison. The fried fish cake was quite fresh and went well with the ice cold cucumber slices. The soup was quite ok, though they added quite a bit of MSG. This was ok for a quick and affordable meal at star vista.

Think twice if you wanna go here on busy hours. Staff said 15mins waiting time only, okay thats fine. But waited for 45 mins plus for my wanton mee. The staff here don’t know how to manage orders, they prioritise food delivery orders and don’t care if the dine ins wait long. Nope, not recommended 👎 …

I witnessed this at the Star Vista branch when I ate my lunch there. The action of a staff member seemed suspicious. He was wiping numerous disposable noodle containers with a piece of cloth. Is it for recycling? Disposables are not reusable, as I know. After wiping, he carried them into the food preparation area. He will probably use them again, that was my gut feel. Did he take the action to cut cost?

The noodles were slightly too spicy for me, but quite nice still despite this - I'm sure someone who has higher spicyness tolerance will enjoy the dish! Fried wantons are good as usual, and service was fast and efficient. Unfortunately credit card payment was not accepted, only cash, nets, and paylah were accepted.

Small portion for $5.30 for a bowl of wanton noodles, not very worth. Noodles are decently flavoured and chewy. I also like the amount of pork lard added and the free flow green onions and green chilli. But I feel they can definitely add more wanton and char siu or it isn't really worth. I do like their chicken cutlet noodles for $5.80! Had like 4 thick crispy slices of fried chicken so it's more filling.
