Temperamental staff. The nice aunty not working anymore? I was patiently waiting for my takeaway, but not sure why this staff so irritated. Made me waited 10 mins wait my food was already packed. Previously was no sambal like many others. Well, sometimes it's hard, good staff vs bad staff vs no staff. She is even not wearing her mask properly...

WARNING Chicken leg was old with funky taste, 2 other legs were under cooked (red on the bone) and beef was pure fat. Their “nasi lemak” tasteless.

Disappointing Experience at Crave Nasi Lemak (Bukit Panjang Plaza) I used to enjoy Crave Nasi Lemak, but my recent visit to the Bukit Panjang Plaza outlet was disappointing. The staff seemed unhappy, possibly because there was only one person working. The attitude wasn’t welcoming, and the overall experience felt unpleasant, as if I owe him something The portion size was also a letdown. The rice serving was noticeably small compared to before, and the overall quality seems to have dropped. For the price, I expected better. Hopefully, management takes note and improves both service and food standards.

My favourite place for craving nasi lemak. Is rice is Basmati rice,thin and long in shape,it absorbed water well so rice will not be 'wet'. Which I liked most. Ikan bilis is crispy. The chicken wing is crispy even keep 2 hours later. Food wise is yummy and service-wise friendly too.

No dine in at this outlet, only takeaway. Portion isn't big, so isn't very filling even for average adult. And given the price, it is not value for money. Located at Basement of bukit panjang plaza.
