Individual halal hot pot with rich broths and free-flow ingredients at Jurong Point.
City Hot Pot at Jurong Point offers the personal hot pot experience, where every diner gets their own pot and choice of broth.
The halal-certified restaurant is known for its variety of soup bases — from the classic mala and tom yum to herbal and collagen broths — paired with a free-flow selection of meats, vegetables, and noodles.
Beyond the hot pot, the buffet-style setup means unlimited refills, making it ideal for big eaters and groups who want variety without sharing. If a steaming, customisable hot pot meal is what you crave, City Hot Pot at Jurong Point delivers.
Enjoyed my hotpot experience here. The soup was really tasty, and the individual pots allowed each person to enjoy their own choice of soup - a great feature! The ingredients were fresh, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A great spot for a hotpot meal with good service!

A better alternative compared some the higher end Hotpot chain. Best to go for their single set meal, it comes with free veggies and 1 carbs option. Food is fresh. Staffs are friendly. However, seating booth for 2pax is rather cramped.

Absolutely loved the hotpot here! The soup was incredibly flavorful, the meats were fresh, and the side dishes were all delicious. Great quality all around. Will definitely visit again!

We reserved a table of 3 to celebrate our friend's birthday. The restaurant opens for dinners at 5pm but unknowingly I arrived earlier around 4.50pm as I wanted to pass them a birthday cake to be served as a surprise for my friend. The lady who was busy preparing food (Jessica if I got her name correctly) was very helpful to help me to keep the cake first while I went off to meet my friends. When we returned to the restaurant, the staff was very fast to lead us to our table. We took quite a while to decide our order but their staff made it a breeze for us explaining what are the promotions and options. At the end, we decided to order 2 pax Set D seafood and drinks. The portion is actually sufficient for 3 of us. The seafood, meat, veggies etc all very fresh. Free helpings to their wide varieties of sauce, kimchi, pickles and fruits. The water melon was super sweet. The staff also kept helping us to refill the different soups we have ordered. Subsequently we received a call from another friend saying she and hubby could join us for dinner too. Jessica and her team immediately helped to shift us to another bigger table. My friend and hubby ordered their 1 for 1 promo meal. The portions of wagyu ribeye/beef were very generous and nicely sliced. Their veggies and handmade yong tau fu baskets were beautifully displayed and sumptuous too. Jessica besides asking her team to clean up the table before bringing the cake out, she personally helped to sing 3 versions of birthday songs (English/Chinese/Cantonese) with background music playing. We are highly impressed by the standard of service by Jessica and her team. Thank you for making our gathering such a memorable one!

City Hotpot offers customisable personal hotpots, great for dining with your friends who are vegetarian or have allergies. Their Value Single Sets comes with your choice of meat and carbs. Scallop & Meat Set (S$19.99++) - the fresh scallops were huge, plump and juicy. I opted for their lamb (+ S$1.99++) which I enjoyed for something meaty and not gamey. Red Grouper & Meat Set (S$22.99++) - the fish was fresh and tasty, the chicken breast meat (no additional cost) was a lean and healthy option. For carbs, we got bee hoon (no additional cost) and Fried Rice With Pork Intestine (S$8.99++). The fried rice was tasty and had quite a bit of eggs, the fried intestines had some fats and some smell as well. Overall, the rice and intestines weren't too greasy. We tried these hotpot bases (add S$1++ for double soup base): Herbal Fish Soup (+S$2++) and Fish Maw Fish Soup (S$3++) - liked that these were lighter soup bases which didn't get too salty even after the soup evaporated. The fish maw was pretty tasty, the herbal flavour was quite prominent, and both soups had pieces of fried fish bits, dates and goji berries. Prawn Soup (S$3++) - this soup was on the heavier side, as it was quite savoury after some of the soup evaporated. This did have a strong prawn flavour. They also have free flow dipping sauces and side dishes, I quite enjoyed their sesame sauce and fried shallots. Their beef chilli was interesting. For their side dishes, I enjoyed their sea kelp salad the most, their bean sprouts and preserved vegetables were also nice but quite spicy. For drinks, we got their Green Tea (no sugar, S$2.99++) and Lemon Water Chestnut Juice (cold, S$2.99++). The chestnut juice was a bit sweet, but refreshing to have with the meal.
