Cashier girl is so cute, pretty, cheerful and polite until I ordered wrong drink haha. Maybe the font size of the menu can be larger abit when seen from the counter. I ordered a milk tea with 30% sugar and less ice, but it tastes for the tea abit bland for me.

Disappointed with the experience. I was served a dessert in a damaged bowl, and when I raised it with the staff, they casually said it was "probably crushed" and didn’t seem concerned. It felt like the standards have dropped, which is unfortunate. It also took me a while to locate where the queue number signboard was, which added to the confusion. That said, the ambience is alright, and I truly hope to see improvements.

Ordered winter melon in aiyu jelly but not sure if there was even aiyu inside???? From the picture, looks just like grass jelly, not sure if I am imagining things until I saw another review here where they were only given a few scoops of aiyu. Is this outlet running out of aiyu? If so, please restock. Or am I blind, and that the black jelly in the photo is aiyu. Please let me know black ball.

This is my favourite dessert and I was super excited of it being in Westmall. Before this I bought often from Bukit Panjang.
Would like to feedback that the amount of shaved ice or 豆花 is very little compared to Bukit Panjang branch.
