BG Makan by Bowl & Grill at Jurong Point

Ordered on foodpanda...portion was pitiful...topped up to more expensive side dishes that was not worth the price. Food delivery delayed by 45 mins despite 800m distance. Order to receipt of food was about 1 hour plus. All cold by the time reached us. Chicken chop was very small piece with the skin weighing more than the meat. Ordered 5 main courses but none satisfactory. Utter disappointment.

Which I order 3 of happiness burger become sadness burger which my burger do not have any lettuce and cheese sauce as at the picture advertised at food panda bowl & grill makan Jurong point.

E Grilled Striploin is worst than a rubber. I understand I will not xpect good quality but tis is really terrible. I’ve eaten there before and this is my worst experience. It takes me an hour to finish the steak keep chewing n cutting also so tough.
