Food generally good cause it's fast food but staff wore a mask but did not cover his mouth or nose. did not wear gloves handling food. very rude to his colleagues and delivery drivers.

Received this kind of lettuce or whatever salad type you used. Poor quality, disappointed. You SHOULD remove salad from your menu and stop selling it if deliver this kind of quality.

Easy to order online and pick up at designated time. The collection was a bit later than the stated time but it’s ok can pop into NTUC while waiting. This is a new outlet so it’s quite clean and well designed for collection. Can see the staff working busily to fulfill orders in their large open kitchen. Can be ensured the food is prepared fresh. This outlet is only for takeaway and collection. Quite convenient for nearby residents. Staff is friendly enough even though they were busy during peak hour meal time. Don’t mind going back to takeaway again. Chicken is juicy, sauce is nice but the spicy can be quite hot as compared to soy flavor. Curious about the chili lime mayo next time can try. The crust is still very crispy even though 30 min after purchase. I ordered another time using a Qoo10 coupon and redemption at this outlet was fast and easy. The staff was also flexible and obliging to request which is very kind. The food was good. Spicy drumlet is a bit hot for me but I like the kick as soy is nice but a bit monotonous taste so it’s great they allow mixed flavor. The food is still crispy after tabao home, that’s really amazing as soggy fried chicken is the worst.
